It is the policy of Basingstoke and Deane Canoe Club that all paddlers, parents, volunteers, coaches and club officials show respect and understanding for each other and conduct themselves in a way that reflects the principles of the Club. The aim is for all paddlers to improve their performance and have fun in a safe and co-operative environment.

If you see or use any Club kit which needs attention or repair please note it in the book and Hilary, our equipment officer, know. If you think that any item is dangerous please ensure that the person running that session is aware and can remove the item so it cannot be used.

Health, Safety And Welfare Policy |

The health, safety and welfare of members and other who may be affected by the activities of Basingstoke and Deane Canoe Club are of paramount importance to the Club. Whilst the Club is not covered by the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, it is committed to complying with it requirements.
