The Club has had a small but active group of sea kayakers since around 2000 and we have easy access to many miles of interesting coastline.
The Club runs a variety of sea kayaking trips:
- On Tuesday evenings through the summer we paddle on Southampton Water or the Solent.
- Day trips are arranged to the Isle of Wight, Poole, Swanage and the Purbeck coast.
- We have paddled on the Anglesey and the Pembrokeshire coasts.
- On alternate years we visit the west coats of Scotland a week long camping trip.
- During the winter we meet on a Tuesday evening once a month to plan trips etc.

Placid water paddling is a cornerstone of the Club's activities. Locally we easy access to the Basingstoke Canal, the Kennet and Avon, the River Thames and the River Wey.
The Club runs a variety placid water trips:
- On Wednesday evenings through the summer we paddle on the Basingstoke Canal at Odiham or the Kennet and Avon at Newbury.
- Day trips are arranged to the River Thames and River Wey.

The Club has had an active group of white water paddlers since around 1990.
The Club runs a variety of white water trips:
- Informal day trips are arranged to venues such as the Nene Whitewater Centre.
- Weekend trips are arranged to white water rivers including the Dart, Barle, Exe, Usk, Wye and Tryweryn and occasionally to North Wales and Northern England.
- On alternate years we arrange a two week trip to the Alps where we have paddled in France, Austria, Switzerland and Slovenia.
